An eSIM is a digital SIM built into your phone. Instead of swapping a physical card, you scan a QR code and the plan installs directly. With Nomra, you buy before you fly, scan once at home, and your data is ready the moment you land in 190+ countries.
Most phones from the last five years support eSIM — iPhone XS and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, Google Pixel 3 and later, and most recent Android flagships. The Nomra app checks your exact model before checkout, so you can't purchase a plan your device can't use.
Scanning the QR code takes about a minute. Your device downloads the profile, and you're done. We recommend doing it at home on Wi-Fi before you travel — that way your data is live the moment you land, with no setup needed at the airport.
Yes. If your phone supports dual SIM — one physical, one eSIM — your regular number stays active for calls and texts while Nomra handles your data. WhatsApp, iMessage, and banking apps all work as normal. You manage both lines from your device settings.
Yes — you need an internet connection to download the eSIM profile. Set it up before you leave home. Once installed, it connects automatically when you arrive at your destination without any additional steps.
You'll get a notification before you're low. Top up directly in the Nomra app — the new data is live immediately, no reinstall or QR code needed.
Yes. Regional passes — Europe, Middle East, Asia — cover multiple countries on a single QR code. Your eSIM connects automatically to the best available network as you cross borders.
Any plan you haven't installed yet is fully refundable within 7 days of purchase. Once an eSIM profile is issued to your device, it can't be resold, so installed plans are final. If something isn't connecting, contact support first — most issues are fixed in minutes without needing a refund.

Credit and debit cards are accepted. You can also pay with your Nomra wallet balance, provided it fully covers the total — partial wallet payments aren't supported. Promotional codes reduce the total before your payment method is charged.

Enter a promo code at checkout and the discount is applied to your total. The remaining balance is charged to your card. Wallet balance can cover a promo-discounted total only if it covers it in full.

Wallet balance works when it fully covers the checkout total. If your balance is lower than the final price, pay with a card instead. Wallet credits cannot be converted to cash or transferred out.

If your order is cancelled before the eSIM profile is provisioned, any wallet payment may be returned to your wallet balance. Card payments are not automatically refunded — contact support and we'll sort it out. Promotional discounts are non-refundable.

The Nomra app is available in English, Arabic, French, Spanish, and German, with full right-to-left support for Arabic.
